What is WASD?

WASD is the number one video games event brand in the UK. The home of hundreds of playable games from all over the globe, your favourite creators and a brilliant and joyful place to hang out.

When is WASD?

WASD 2024 takes place on Thursday 25th to Saturday 27th April 2024. Doors open at 10am and close at 6pm on Thursday and Friday, and 5pm on Saturday. Last entry is at 5pm for Thursday and Friday, and 4pm on Saturday.

Where is WASD?

WASD will take place at Truman Brewery in East London. The address is below. Please note that the entrance is:

81 Brick Lane, London E1 6QR. The Aladin Restaurant is directly opposite the entrance.

10-minute walk from London Liverpool St Station

5 minute walk from Shoreditch High St Underground

10 minute walk from Aldgate East Station

How can I exhibit at WASD?

Get in touch and we’ll get back to you with all the info. At this moment, we’re sold out for 2024.

Can I see the 2024 map?

View the map below to see what’s on and where at WASD. Please note the entrance to WASD is on Brick Lane. Look for signs on where to enter the show.

If you require accessibility assistance, please speak to security when you arrive.

Can children go for free?

Under 10s go for free with a ticket paying adult. They don’t need to register or have their own ticket.

Do you offer carer tickets?

Yes, we offer free tickets if you require a carer to attend with you. Please get in touch and we’ll help out.

Do you offer refunds on tickets?

Afraid not. If you have a day ticket we can change your pass to one of the other days. Please message us at tickets@roucan.co.uk to arrange.

Your ticket is also fully transferable so feel free to pass it on to a friend.

What access does my pass / ticket provide?

Single Day tickets: Show floor on that day
3 Day Pass: Show floor on all 3 days
Creator Pass: Show floor, Press Area, Creator Zone
Industry Pass: Show floor, Press Area, Business Lounge, The Industry Party
Press Pass: Show floor, Press Area, Business Lounge, on all 3 days

Can I change the day of my ticket or upgrade it?

Yes, you can. Please message us at tickets@roucan.co.uk and we will arrange that for you through our ticketing partner, Eventbrite.

I’m organising a school / college / university trip. Do you offer discounts?

Is there a car park at the venue?

Yes! You can find full details here.

How’s the accessibility at the venue?

Good but we will need to guide you to the right entrance - there is a ramp providing access to the ground floor and a lift offering access to the first floor of the venue.

On arrival, please speak to a member of Security and they will guide you.

What’s the food policy?

The Truman Brewery does not allow outside meals to be brought into the venue, however you should be fine with a coffee and a snack. There will be some food options within the venue but you’ll find hundreds of food options within a 30 second walk!
